By placing an order through our platform, the customer accepts these terms and agrees to comply with them.
1. General information
We specialize in the design and production of 3D-printed Fidget Pals made from bioplastics. All products are developed and manufactured in Denmark with a focus on quality, sustainability, and precision. Minor variations in appearance and function may occur, as each unit is individually produced.
2. Produkter og kvalitet
All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made using the available payment methods on the webshop. We reserve the right to update prices and specifications without notice.
3. Priser og betaling
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement is binding only once you have received this confirmation.
4. Ordrebekræftelse
We strive to ship orders within 2-5 business days. Delivery is carried out via reputable carriers, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by external carriers.
5. Delivery
Private customers have a 14 day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. The withdrawal period starts on the day the item is received. Items must be returned in their original and unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and approval of the returned item.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 24 month warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time and no later than two months after the defect is discovered. For valid complaints, we cover reasonable shipping costs.
7. Complaints
We disclaim any liability for indirect losses, consequential damages, lost profits, or other financial consequences arising from the use of our products.
8. Limitation of liability
We process all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Your information is used solely for order processing and is not shared with third parties without consent.
9. Processing of personal data
Any dispute between the customer and Additive Engineering Systems ApS is governed by Danish law and shall be settled by the Danish courts.
